Since the full acquisition period, the Norman guitars division keep the same employees and presently continue employing the 2nd and even the 3rd generation of the first generation La Patrie skillfull luthiers. The brand tradition are preserved while Robert have been inventing many new production technology & innovation breakthrough and from year to year constantly refining the Norman guitars design until today.
